If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, email us for a full refund at shipping@premoguard.com and we will walk you through the process. Before you ask for a refund though, please make sure you follow the simple instructions on our how to page. You can review our full refund policy here.
SHIPMENTS:
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, only physical addresses.
If all items you purchased are available, we will make every attempt to process and ship your order within 24 hours of order placement on weekdays. On weekends or holidays, order processing time may be slightly longer (but usually within 24 hours)
Currently our website does not allow for the purchase of products if they are not in stock.
Our products ship via both USPS (United States Post Office) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
We offer 3 tiers of delivery:
- Standard Shipping (Reaches you in 5 – 7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (Reaches you in 3 business days*)
- Next Day Delivery (2 business days*)
* The exception to the above rule is orders placed after our cut off time for processing. Processing will happen on the next business day in the order of receipt if an order is placed after 12:00 pm central time or after 3:00 pm central time on Saturday, Sunday or legal holidays. Days for delivery are business days, not including weekends and holidays.
Note: Our website currently offers FREE standard shipping on all orders.
Please double-check all items in your shopping cart before placing an order.
If you need expedited or next day shipping, you may email us at shipping@premoguard.com to alert us to this fact. This will help us make sure we expedite your order properly (but is not a guarantee of delivery for orders placed late in the day as addressed above).
Once the order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, certain factors such has distance from the warehouse, seasonality, etc. can affect delivery times. Naturally this is out of our control and we will not bed held responsible for late arrivals due to issues with the shipping carrier. Covid 19 has also caused shipping company overloads and can be a factor in late order arrivals.
All orders from Premo Natural Products LLC are confirmed via email. If you have not provided an email address, we will send a text order confirmation to you. Always make note of the tracking number provided. You can use that number to follow your order to your destination (once the carrier has received your product of course)
SHIPPING AREA’S
We presently ship to all 50 states in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Missing Shipments
Occasionally a shipment will go missing. As stated above use the tracking number to see if the shipment has been delivered. Sometimes delivery will be attempted while you are not at home. A notice should be left on your door to that effect. Often the notice will provide a new delivery window.
Additionally, if your shipment has not arrived check the address on your order. We all make mistakes sometimes and it’s easy to transpose a number or two. If the shipping address is incorrect, please use the tracking link and contact the carrier to provide them with your proper address. It’s also a good idea to contact your neighbors as they might have received your shipment by accident.

Incorrect shipments
On rare occasions, our warehouse will pack the wrong order and ship it to you. If you receive the wrong order or products, please contact us immediately at shipping@premoguard.com.
Damaged shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, we will promptly replace your product. Please email us immediately at shipping@premoguard.com, and we will help
